Last week, we were at the ASIS security expo in Dallas, Texas. We found that the most common uses for rugged mobile computers in a security environment were rugged tablets to allow mobile security guards to view data and video from other locations while they are on their rounds. We also talked to people involved in airport security, corporate security, and access control. If you didn’t have the opportunity to attend, here’s a super-quick walkthrough of about 20% of the exhibit hall (it is a big show!)
